You know Kemosabe, like the Indian word for "friend"?Hahaha just forget it!  Anyways, meet Tonto...

He's possibly my new horse! 

 I get to try him out and ride him for a few days before we settle on buying him.

Evening Chores

Last night when I went out to feed my horses and do the rest of my evening chores, I took my camera out(and much to the protest of my horses) and took a bunch of pictures.  First off, the pictures that I took in the tack room and around the barn.....

Late Summer 2010

Well here we are, getting closer to fall every day.  But with this being Oklahoma, we are still having 100 degree days.  Last Saturday we bought the first bags of deer corn so we could start feeding the deer outside of the yard fence.  

 This doe was the first deer to come in...

I'm baaaaaack!

Hmm, last post published on July 10th?  Man I have really neglected this blog!  But I have been blogging quite a bit on my other blog :The Many Adventures of a Country Girl.  And I have been taking a lot of pictures, so here's a few of my better ones that I've took in the last month, most are of my animals and the local cowboys shipping out cattle, but there are a few pictures at the end of some big storm clouds.....
