In honor of the first full day of Fall

Seein's how today is the first full day of fall, I thought I would post some pics of some fall-ish things.
First some buffalo.....

And some summer/fall looking storm clouds

Then a couple of "Wide" shots across the tall grass(I used a 0.45 wide angle lens on the end of my 18-55mm. regular camera lens).  It still looks pretty green, but the Bluestem is starting to change over to a golden brown color.

And last but not least, some shots of the Bluestem that I took the other morning as the sun was coming up

(That was actually switch grass, but it can fall into the big bluestem category 'cuz there's bluestem behind it!haha).
And a couple of misc. pics from that same morning....

Annnnnd one more picture.....

Something has been eating our hog bate.....

(Don't read this if you don't like to see dead hogs)
Ok, so dad built this:
A Hog Trap
 To catch these(only a live-er version)
The Hogs.
Amazing isn't it, using a HOG TRAP to TRAP A HOG?!
hahahahahaha(I'm being sarcastic here people!)

But we've got a problem, something has been eating the cattle cake a.k.a our bate right out of the trap. And it hasn't been the hogs.  So we took our new trail cam up to the trap, stuck it onto a tree and went back up there the next night, only to find pictures of these on the memory card:

Awwww ain't he cute?!
So there, now we know what has been going all the way around the hog trap, sticking their heads through the panels and eating all the cattle cake that they can reach!
Stay tuned, more pics from the hog trap will be coming soon!
